On the other hand, there is the story of the difficult customer who pushed to the front of the queue at check-in, and when he didn't get EXACTLY what he wanted INSTANTLY asked the girl behind the desk "Do you know who I am?". She looked at him for a moment, then reached for the microphone and announced to the whole airport "We have a passenger at check-in desk .... who doesn't know who he is, can anyone help?"
The rest of the queue, seemed to appreciate this.. the passenger in question obviously didn't.....Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment
