But Bren - How will the plants keep up with their fave programmes if I move the TV? I guess they could read the newspapers - but that could get boring after the 1st day or so.....

We have a sideboard in front of the big window, all our early/indoor growing is on there. We have managed runner beans, sugarpod peas, asparagus peas, courgettes, pumpkins, tomatoes and chillies, plus a few herb plants, some now planted out, some still to be moved (before we go away). The garden is small too, but we have a bit of lots of things. I bought leek seedlings this year, and they were planted this morning!Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.Comment
