Congratulations on the (late) arrival of your new Grandson . You're right about him not waiting much longer, 11lb 3oz is a grand weight. What's his name?

Congratumalations from me too. I don't 'do' babies/children, generally, and babies that big are a perfectly good reason why!

Oh, thank you everyone, how kind.

James Joshua and mum came home today. Dad and big sister are in close attendance for their every need. So all is well with the world.

To save them thinking/bothering about it, I am sending a regular supply of dinners with 'allotment veggies' so I feel as if I am doing my bit. Good job they all like courgettes (and presumably courgette flavoured milk for James).
Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you are probably right.

What a lovely name, is he going to be "JJ" I wonder? They'll certainly be grateful for the dinners SS, it's a big life change from one child to two!
