    Please??
French planning laws mean I have to send in a photo of what the work will look like AFTER its done. Its only a couple of windows, and I've managed to do the Velux windows on the back.
What I need for the front though, if anyone can help, is..
A picture of a window, taller than it is wide, that opens in the middle (ie a piece of wood will be running down the centre of the picture).
I also need it, somehow, to be in a format that I can change the size, as I need to put it on a shot of the house up close, and then a shot of the house far away.
Appreciate any help that comes, as always.

I use an add on in firefox called pixlr grabber, this allows you to grab a user defined area, off any web site, eg picture, then save it to my desk top or my docs, then resize it with a photo editing program.

I'm going to cut a piccie from a magazine ,stick it on a photo of the back of our house- then copy it on the scanner.
Then give that with the form when we apply to add our Velux!

          Simples!!!( )

Nicos, thats exactly what I did for the Velux's for the back, but I cant find anything exactly the right size for the front window. Its not a Velux, its a window thats going to replace a door.
Dont know about where you live, but here I need a photo close up and one from distance.

It has to be a photo?
OH does planning applications for small extensions etc, and is very skilled at the 'elevations' drawn by computer, normally entirely by a drawing program, but he does work with photos as well. If you can PM me a photo of something that is simply 'the wrong size' (or not all enough, or some such mis-match), and the info to go with it, I reckon he could alter it to suit.

As well as the drawn plans both before and after, I also have to submit the photo's of same. Rather tiresome.
Chrismarks, many thanks, will do that right now.

Just a quick update, 30 days have passed since I submitted my application and I have heard nothing which, according to French planning laws, means it has been accepted and I can do the work.
Many thanks to the three of you that helped me, I honestly couldnt have done it without you all.
