        All of the above (except the Snowdrop one obviously )

        Also, being in a restricted or confined space, or having anything at all very close to my face, or having to sleep in a room with the door and curtains shut...

                        I've got over my dentist fear at last so that only leaves cities, and I can ignore them easy enough.

                          I'm fine with heights, needles, high heels, big cities ... what still gets me shaking & blushing is talking to a roomful of people (even 8 year old people)

                              Losing Mr Frosty; wearing high heels (size 8 feet so I'd look like a transvestite); speaking in public; dentists; and wearing any swim wear (legs haven't seen sunshine in 20+ years)
