    Who are your favourite comedian(s)?

Mine are Morecambe and Wise and Dave Allen, could watch them all day and not get bored.

Not sure about comedians, but I do love the Goon Show. My pa has found Goon Show radio on the internet, No.1 son has been glued to it!

like Peter Kay, liked Billy Connoly in the early days, but he swears all the time now and I think it takes away from the funny!

Peter Kay fan here, too. Used to love Skinner and Baddiel in Fantasy Football, but apart I'm not so sure. Like all of the above, but agree about Billy Connoly. Shame!

Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer. Never fail to make me laugh. And they were great in Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased) when they remade it.
The Fast Show was great too. And I liked The League of Gentleman at the beginning, but it got a bit too twisted in the last series.
Not that fond of stand-up comedians really, don't mind a bit of Jack Dee or Bill Bailey though, in small doses!

By my reckoning all the really good comedians are gone from the world, (Ronnie Barker was about the last) but some of the ones still around have their moments. Billy Connolly CAN be truly entertaining, or totally rubbish, much the same applies to some others. Jack Dee can be good. Alan Davies is another 'sometimes entertaining' example. The 'double act' on HIGNFY are as good as it gets these days (Merton and Hislop).

Only just watched the Paul Merton show about Morecambe and Wise that was shown over Christmas - I laughed until I cried. Just as funny now as 30 years ago.

Eddie Izzard, Jack Dee and Dara O'Briain at the moment.

So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!

One of my first dates with Mr R was to see Otis Lee Crenshaw. He was excellent! Eddie Izzard, Chris Rock and Sarah Silverman - all intelligent and very funny.

I thought the first series of Nighty Night was brilliant, the second one dreadful!; I also think Peep Show is really funny.

I also think Wedding Crashers is hilarious!

Eddie Izzard, Jack Dee, Peter Kay, not got a fave, anyone who makes me laugh and isn'y too rude (I can't see the point of it as it generally isn't needed for proper comedy)

                              Loved Faulty Towers!
