  • Chocolate Courgette Cake

I have got the above cake in the oven first for me as i'm not a very good cook thought there was too much for the baking tray and it would spill over but so far so good.
Will let you know what it's like, I am sending it to my sister's tonight with my daughter cos its Teignmouth Carnival night and my family sit on the seafront between the procession and the firworks and have a picnic but I will be at work.:mad

Hope you like it, Jackie. I wasn't keen on the combination of flavours when I made it, although it was certainly passable!

I made 2 smaller ones the other day & they were a little puddeny~however when I've made it in the past I've used a deeper tin & they've been much lighter. Also be careful how much courgette you use~maybe make again with a little less courgette.
