  • Cheap Plants ?

Today I went to Trago Mills and bought some all year round cauliflower, spring cabbage and f1 calabrese @ £1.85 for 12 plants of each works out to about 15p per plant. I think this is quite cheap do you ?

    Definately!
I am so envious, went into Trago Mills once when on holiday in Paignton, it is a fabulous shop.
    Nothing like that up here!

Its one of those places you either love or hate, but i'm in the middle, weekdays it's ok not too busy, weekends nightmare, they are making the one near newton abbot bigger i think its going to be a bigger garden center and if it is its huge !!! If you dont but it when you see it its gone.
I have tried to grow most things from seed my failures i have backed up with plants.
I also bought a chilli, a pepper, million bells, marigolds netting, @ 80p a mtr ( 10 mtrs wide ) slug pellets, plant labels 69p for ten ( wide ones ) i was tempted to get more but thought of the pennies.

I hate Trago Mills except for it's garden centre. I hate crowds anyway but people at Trago's always seem bigger than usual and bargier than most and I believe the assistants
are hand picked for their lack of grace.
