  • Bloomin' Weather!

I've had the week off work to sort out my new plot and wouldn't you know it it's raining. It's also brass monkey's out there. Last week when I was at work the weather was fine - why does that always happen?

I've got garlic and new strawberry plants to get in, hopefully the rest of the week will be better. Sorry just felt the need to moan.

Know the feeling! I just braved the wet to put in a few new raspberry canes.
I also have garlic and broadies to go in but they're gonna have to wait.
Imagination is everything, it is a preview of what is to become.

Sod's law, isn't it? If you've got the time then the weather doesn't play ball. No rain here, but very very windy. Loads of leaves to gather up.

I was thinking of a trip to the garden centre RtB, then I feel like I'm still doing something I was also going to sow some sweetpeas maybe. I know I should do some ironing or something housey but it's not the same.

I thought that I would start my garlic off in modules in the warmth of our shed at home but I'm desperate to get to the lottie to start pulling out all the rotovated weeds...I think I'm going to have to brave the rain and cold at somepoint this week

Arghh! Please tell me it's not going to be like this all week??? Although we've pretty much cleared the lottie now we still need to go and mark out beds so I can at least put in the stuff that needs it now. I've got autumn flower bulbs I need to get in too. Trouble is I don't half feel the cold.
