Default Best things your OH does for you?

Mine has just turned on Gardeners Question Time for me which he secretly taped on Sky Plus while we were out .... bless.

He also drives me to open gardens and looks interested while I wander round for three hours....

Mine makes me cups of tea when I hardly ever make him any. Admittedly he did get me hooked on tea in the first place, so I now need to have my stained teeth cleaned all the time, but hey. And he only moans every day or so.

I know it sounds really mushy, but...

Everything he does for me. He is totally brilliant. He takes lids of jars, opens wine bottles, tidies the kitchen, lifts things I can't manage. Helps me relax to go to sleep, helps me out of bed in the morning.

I can't list all the things Madmax does to help me, he is my rock.

If you read this - thank you gorgeous one.

(apologies if that makes anyone feel ill, but I have CFS and he really helps me more than I can explain)

Pretends to be interested in gardening and the allotment and asks to be shown round when I'm on a "project".
Brings me cold drinks when I'm working outside on hot days.
Makes me laugh when I "go off on one" so I can't stay angry.

Mine builds me loads of cool things for the allotment, also cooks me really yummy food with the food I have grown ( I am not the best cook in the world) and spends most of the weekend in the rain trying to finish the decking.

Also recently puts up with me crying at a drop of a hat ( 31 weeks Pregnant).

Yup, Mr OWG does this... he also does all my "heavy landscaping" in the garden, all the DIY and cleans the bathroom, and his own ironing.

He is honestly an absolute angel and I wouldn't be without him for one second (see, I've gone all mushy too!)

What a lovely question. Sometimes its nice to sit back and think of the things you love about in your partner rather than all the niggly annoying things.

Mine has helped me double dig nine vegetable beds this year. Not an easy task! especially when he doesn't like veggies.

He also massages my back every night to help me sleep.

He puts up with me filling the flat up with my obsessions

Seriously, I don't really know where to start to be honest, I could make a list but I'd be here until tomorrow morning!

One of the best things is when I'm having a bad day and he cuddles me really tight and makes it all feel better

All the washing up!

And never baulks when I buy yet another pad of paper or stamp or paint or embossing powder (etc.) for my craft work (but then he does have a HUGE lovely sailing boat!)

Doesn't complain (but looks at me a bit funny) when I come home from the Festival of Quilts as I did on Sunday with YET MORE FABRIC!
