    Not the hedges I hope?
The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

T'was here too - in fact it still is. A few inches this morning as I left the house - our road and the one we live off was very icey where the snow had been compacted by cars, but the rest of the roads were well gritted.

Just stopped snowing and it's starting to thaw ever so slightly.

The countryside around my house looks simply stunning this morning under a dusting of the white stuff.
As has been said on countless other threads countless times, it also makes my veggie plot look tidy.

It's doing snow flurries and hail here - not laying.

It's still extremely windy ... the birdfeeder and fence are down AGAIN, but the placcy greenhouse is still up

Be careful out there folks- if the grit partly melts it & then it freezes again, it can be treacherous This is a bad time to be out of action

Snow here, too. Of course, now there is extra hay out for the four-legs, it's melting!

We've got nothing. Just cold air. And as we are back at work, the heating isn't on until 3pm here at home...[my own rule of working at home]...I'm going for a stroll down by the canal in a bit so that when I come back it will seem warmer in here.

We've got a dusting of snow! It's sticking too, and the sky looks a bit snowy too (though I'm always wrong about this). Nothing really to go out for but might go for walk in park when baby girl wakes up.
