    Bedtime drinks

    Last night I had my first Horlicks in years...and it was absolutely delish!

    So I was just wondering ..are you a Horlicks/Ovaltine/Bournvita/hot chocolate/cocoa person?

    A cup of hot chocolate (usually options) knocks me straight out for the night, im not so keen on choc orange or mint but i love the hazelnut and belgium chocolate flavours

        I love a hot choc at bedtime but rarely buy it. I gave uop cos it goes in ten minutes flat if my youngest finds it!

          Definitely a Horlicks fan The chocolate one is delish too. Can't stand Ovaltine - unless it's to eat straight out of the pack on a spoon

            I love Horlicks with a t spoon of coco in, its just like drinking Maltesers .

                              I usually still have some red left in the bottle that may or may not last till bedtime. But, on retiring upstairs, I always take a pint of water/lemonade/orange squash or such like. Anything really to help out my poor kidneys and liver. It may not really be doing any good nut tis good for the soul.
