    BBC website - weather now showing 10 days - and it's all rain!

    The bbc website now shows 10 days of weather ... and the forecast for here is rain through till Monday 16th .... yippee! more rain! can't wait!

    Mind you, the bbc website was forecasting that it would be chucking it down non-stop over the last few days ... but we've had just a few short showers, nothing more ....

    So i guess it's 10 days of rubbish forecasting instead of 5 days of rubbish forecasting ....

    where not quite that bad,some sunny spells,cloudy,but then again,can you ever 100% rely on any forecast ??although we get nice spells,is still to wet to do much,i would sooner have had the drought we had a few months ago

      The rain they forecast for the last few days was absolutely correct, they just had the locality wrong - its been here instead of on you

        Their forecasts are so funny.......eg next Friday highs of between 14 and 20C and lows between 9 and 15C

        Gives them plenty of leeway so they can say they were right

          My local bbc forecast said it would be raining all day today. We had a heavy shower round 2pm and thats it.

          I'm following a couple of chaps on twitter who give day to day weather forecasts for my area and 90% of the time, they are bang on.
          An attempt to live a little more self-sufficient
