  • Bank Holiday weekend, what you up to?

Saturday laying a lawn, Sunday next door neighbours having a bit of a do in garden so eating and drinking and nursing aching bones from the previous day! Monday getting prep done for school for Tuesday.
What you busy folk up to this weekend then?

Well, I'm just going to tidy up some work I finished last night, and send it to my client....

    Then I'm in freeflow

Making Munty Frames at the lottie for my beans, pics to follow for future reference; and lots of sowing, shuffling pots round the greenhouse, selecting plants to take to school on Tuesday to give me more space, planting stuff out etc etc.

And drinking lashings of coffee natch.

Apart from Tuesday I've the week off; and there's plenty to be getting on with.

Today I'm planting parsnips up the lotty, perhaps digging horsetail out of the school's beds. Sunday we have friends over for a veggie feast. Monday more weeding, Tuesday back to school

Working! Madly busy yesterday, expecting more of the same today. I am still reeling at the amount of money some folks spend on bedding plants!
Off Sunday and Monday. Family late lunch on Sunday, pottering in the garden for the rest of it

Going between the plot and football training. Wish DS's coach would take a day off sometimes Once I work out how to load my photos I'll post some of the new plot. It's looking fab.

Garden pottering today, followed by two days as Chief Marshal for the HSCC Wolds Trophy race meeting at Cadwell Park. Then back to pottering until week Tuesday when work looms again.

I have about a thousand Spuds to get in the ground, and white legs that need to be brown!

We had the first picnic of the year yesterday - went to a forest and sat listening to the birds with the sun filtering through the new leaves - glorious!
