How has everybody been? Haven't posted in a while, been stupidly busy with work, training and competing. Came back form the worlds a few weeks back with a world silver.

Already started planning on what to grow for next year and have sorted out one of my veg patches. Which was mainly pulling up all the tomato plants.

This year has been pretty pants for growing for me. Weather wasn't the best, experimenting with too many crops and my old man faffing around with already planted stuff. Only my purple sprouting brocolli have been successful growth wise, still no food from them yet and my bangalore torpedo chillies which have been gorwing indoors.

The idea for 2012 is to grow less varieties, but mega volume:

    courgettes
butternut squash (mum's orders as she likes them)
    runner beans
    tomatoes
    spinach
    kale

          thanks peeps.

i compete in traditional tkd forms. basically a bit like karate kata, but orginating from korea and has more kicks in it. a sequence of blocks, punches, kicks and strikes against an imaginary opponent, similar to artistic gymnastics.
