An arm around your shoulder from me. And a nice big glass of wine to help the painkillers do their job.

Oh Sarzwix, that's just awful. Hope there is no real damage and it will be OK in a couple of days. If it helps, I'm thinking about you. You must be so miserable.

Isn't it always the way - busy time in the garden and this kind of thing happens.

Hope its just a bad strain and you get back on your feet soon - but DO take it easy.

I lost most of last year in the garden with a tunnel carpel thingy which I think started from a ripped shoulder muscle back in Feb. I did that it a seriously stupid way - absolutely NO clues will be given - so don't even try and ask! It only came back to the 'real' world by the end of the year after several weeks of searing agony - but even now I still get that numbness in the fingers - which is now spreading to the uneffected hand.

Hope all is well very soon.
