  • Awww, I feel all warm inside

Just had dinner, consumed a glass of vini and we're just going through some TV we've recorded on the HD thingamewotsit. We started to watch River Cottage (and then discovered we'd seen it already).

At some point during the opening credits LadyWayne said something along the lines of "I do love it when you come back from the allotment with all your goodies, and I'm especially looking forward to it this year with Bean, because he'll be eating it all - carrots, sweetcorn, BNS and so on..."

Now, I was determined to have a good harvest this year - and that's made me even more so.

I'd do anything for that boy of mine.

Oh, and the warm inside feeling is about growing stuff for Bean, not the wine.

Funny you should say that. Recently people have started likening Bean to Bam Bam from The Flintstones due to his liking of bashing things into submission. Whilst I was in the shower yestermorn Bean bashed one of our slate coasters on the bedside table until it splintered/crumbled.

We now have leather ones instead.
