If you mean how can you see enlarged versions of people's avatars then I've no idea - if that wasn't the question then I've probably still no idea but if you clarify somebody with more brain power may be able to help

You can't get to see people's avatar pictures any bigger than they are. They have to be a small size for the system to accept them in the first place
