    Well done England! I can now worry more about my lotty and less about Freddy's knee :-)

    Broached the idea of a honeymoon in Oz for Deceber 2010 (next Ashes) - as a joke. OH thought it was a good idea

    Don't do it Stupot! My brother thought the same thing the last time we won the ashes here (not a honeymoon, but a holiday) They were fog bound at Heathrow and because they were only going for the last couple of weeks of the test they learned that England had lost before their plane even took off. Oz was having some of the worst summer weather ever and, unbelievably, they had a white Christmas in Melbourne - couldn't shift for locals trying to take photos of themselves standing in front of snow covered Christmas trees.
    He loved the country though and has been back since and I reckon he'll probably be there in 2010.
    Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

      I would love to go over for the Ashes one year.. But at the moment the plans are for Argentina..or South Africa.. or Argentina...

        They play cricket in South Africa too, he's been there to watch a test match. Don't know how that went, I can't bear most sports and tend to switch off when he starts talking about it.
