App refresh problems

    App refresh problems

    I'm having more problems with using the app again. There's been a "refresh" problem for ages.
    Now, I can see that someone has posted on the time line, click on the thread, it will usually take me to the middle page of the thread (page 40 of 80! Or page 2 of 4) select the last page, refresh and I still can't read the last post! Very frustrating!!!!
    Even trying to access it by clicking on the posters name doesn't seem to work. It will take me to the thread but the post won't be displayed

    I sometimes have to swipe down to see the latest post but most of the time it's fine

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      I've assumed it's taking me to the last post I read in a thread, which I find handy. If there are lots of posts I need to swipe to the left and a grey arrow appears to take me to the next page.

        Yes but sometimes the unread post page indicates that there are new posts which don't seem to be there when you go to that page (regardless of the grey arrows), you then have to swipe the page down to refresh (actually on the thread itself) and the new post magically appears. It's a bit odd and only happens occasionally but worth remembering. Nowhere near as annoying as the fact that the quotes STILL don't work on the app 😬

          Similar has happened to me a few times on the pc, the way I've found to correct it is to clear my recent history.
