  • An apology

    My dearest Grapes

For some reason I decided to have a bit of a trawl through some of my old posts (I was looking for something to help on another thread) this afternoon.

I stumbled across a couple of posts that bought a tear to my eye, and some that made me chuckle.

Having not found the thread I was looking for I realised just how much tripe I've posted through the years, and for that, I apologise.

By way of explanation - I have, for some time now worked in an office where a lot of the time I'm on my own - and I'm one of life's chatty people. So you lot are stand-ins for my absent colleagues if that's ok? I've no-one else to talk rubbish too.

Sorry once again, I'll just keep babbling in the corner.

Are you OK HW? Have you been getting enough sleep? You've been mulling it over too much - we all think your posts are great!

Yeah I'm ok - who needs sleep anywoo? 4 o'clock wake up is perfectly sensible iznit? We try the snooze button but it seems to be broken - especially ever since someone decided to muck about with the clocks.

I'm apologising because I also realised that a lot of some quite serious posts, or posts that are asking a serious question have been hijacked by me - which could make things difficult for newbies, or those really looking for info...

Nah, I'm waffling again and lost my train of thought.

HB is right HW! If we had wanted a long serious read, straight by the book - we would have gone - straight to the book! It's more fun here

Keep up the babbling HW - we love it! But I guess those 4am starts are getting to you - never mind, give him 13 or 14 years and you won't be able to wake him much before 4pm!

I know I've only been on here a year and a bit, so I'm just a junior, but for me HW you are one of the pillars of this society (at least I think that's what I mean ).

If people didn't enjoy your posts then they wouldn't reply.
