I felt really tired all the time, turned out I have pernicious anaemia. One injection every couple of months and I am fine
            Hope you feel better soon

Dr Hazel prescribes a dose of Forest air (it's the ozone!), a glass or two of very good Red, THE best home cooking EVER, a cuddle with a black cat, and someridiculously good company.

Oh - I think that you might be ahead of me here...

I reckon lethargy is setting in!!!!....if of course you needed an extra job to get the energy flowing, there's always the small job of getting a polytunnel up in Ipswich!
T'will be Spring again soon....endless hours of sunshine & warmth to shake off the winter blues.....February is always my tiredest month....my body has totally run out of reserves from the Summer & much as I don't like to let the weather get me down.....this cold/dull snap has gone on just a little too long for my liking!!!

                              Out of interest...do you snore??
Apparently if you do you're not getting your full Oxygen and rest overnight- so you would be tired the next day.
You might be a candidate for the positive pressure mask at night..we have a friend who snored and did that stopping breathing thing- and he has the mask- and now his energy levels have soared!

                              ...just a thought
