Adding piccies

You're right, they need to be saved as picture documents, the most common one for t'internet is jpg.

If you go into the word document, and save the picture as a jpg - then you should be able to select it when you want to add it to the album.

You will need the pics outside of the Word doc, preferably as jpg's. If you have access to the originals then use those but if you don't there is a way of possibly getting them out of the Word doc, but you may lose some quality. If you can straight copy and paste them from the Word doc then fine, but if you can't try this.

Open the doc in word
Right click on the pic and click on copy
From the Start menu of Windows go into Accessories and start Paint
Paste the pic into the blank paint document
Save it as a jpg with whatever name you want.

Once you have the pics as jpgs then it should be a lot easier, if you're still having problems let us know.

save the pics you want straight into my documents on your computer!sometimes the computer will put the pics in the file marked My Pictures this file is within the My Documents folder. It depends how the computer is configured!

Once the pics are on your pc, in My Documents, you can open that folder right click each pic icon one at a time, select rename from menue. Add a title, that way you can find each pic more easy when you are browsing. Is better than just having a bunch of pics with the date saved and a bunch of numbers & jpg on them!

When you want to put a pic on a message on here select go advanced. look for the button with manage attatchments on it. Click this and a menue will come up. Use the brows button then look for my documents, open file and look for your pic then double click or right click to select that pic then hit the upload buton do one at a time.

Will be the same sort of thing to add a pic to your album on here, first you have to create the album, go to user cp top left of page on green menue bar go into your profile and go from there!

Thank you peoples. I have had a little play with the albums in my profile. It seems I have the wrong configeration of piccie to transfer some of them across. Still I will keep trying and asking and learning.

Well, you seem to be doing fine, I just had a look at your album and there's 4 photos in there, looking good

Thanks all for help and I will get the hang of it. I keep trying and have a few more things to sort like moving the piccies into the order you want rather than where the putor decides to put them. I will master it or give up and go down the lottie
