| Well today hasn't been that good! I spent the first half of the day sure that it was Wednesday (can I join your club Fi?), nearly set fire to the kitchen when a tea light leaked and set alight the inside of the oil burner. Then preparing dinner I lost my peeling knife - picked it up, put it down, lost within a few seconds, could not work out what I'd done with it, OH even came and checked everywhere. Decided to ignore it and used another knife, when I was clearing up after, sure enough there's my knife - it had slid underneath the warped chopping board. Not really a problem, but I was seriously beginning to doubt my sanity

| With you there CF - I looked everywhere for a fleece waistcoat that I wear as an extra layer sometimes. Turned the place upside down - nope. Went and checked in the car - nope. GRRRRR This evening I went to the stables, pulled my coat out of the car, and, you guessed it, out fell the fleece. It had been hidden under my coat. GRRRRR

| Morning All! Well, I've managed to put them off so far, but today my dad and aunt are coming to visit me post-op. Call me selfish, but I want to be splatted out of the sofa in my dressing gown with you lot, not tidying up and making cups of tea for visitors!! Bleurgh!!

| okay binley...I'll be good. I've decided to go half way with getting dressed, loose waisted tracksuit bottoms and a vest top, with dressing gown over the top. I've washed my hair, but I can't be bothered to put any 'face' on. OH actually did a smashing job of tidying the living room, its just the rest of the 'public areas' that are worrying me!
