| Harry Dodson tries to restore a 19th century kitchen garden using only the traditional methods that would have been available at the time UKTV Style Gardens Starts 25th January at 6pm and is shown on weekdays. Some say the old ways are the best, I am sure this programme will have a few new ideas in for most people to try out.

| I have very warm memories of this series from years ago, and have strong pictures in my head of the wonderful feelings it evoked. We don't get UK cable, but the video might be a nice birthday present. Thanks again for the information Supersprout.

| Unfortunately we will be unable to watch it as we do not have Sky, but thanks Supersprout for the info re the DVD, It is a wonderful series. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Harry Dodgson and Henry Thoday were wonderful, so natural, so knowledgeable, doing everything by Victorian methods, tracing the seeds that would have been grown in those times. An oasis in the current TV gardening wilderness. Another of the things that was memorable about the series was the haunting theme tune. |

| was feeling terribly jelous of all Sky viewers until the link for play.com. Thank you for that. Will be ordering that tonight. Those of us who have freeview get channel 19 Uktv Bright ideas which has some gardening but not many. the best ive seen recently was Heavens Garden. A follow on from Heavens kitchen. Where a chef does up a pub the Pot Kiln and then develops his own kitchen garden. Missed the last one though.
