Thumbs up MOM pack and a seasonal song!

Hi Gang!

The Postie came yesterday morning with a package for me from GYO, but as we were both working he took it back again!

Mr D being the loving hubby he is set off before work this morning and fetched it from the sorting office, and after beating off Mr D (with a pea cane) because he wanted to put it away until xmas day, I finally got to open it and see all the goodies, so in the spirit of the season I thought I’d reply in verse (apologies if its even worse than Snadger thought his was!) to tell you all what we got!

Sung (badly and drunkenly is best!) to the tune of ‘The Twelve Days of Christmas’

On the First Day of Yule GYO did give to me,

You and Mr D have been an inspiration to us all in 2006 and I look forward to hearing about how your plot progresses through 2007!

Thanks Snadger, we will keep you all informed on how the plot progresses, but as for being an inspiration?? Us?? Nope, we're just us, nothing special, just enjoying ourselves getting the plot sorted and haviong a laugh on the vine! Next year is going to be harder for us both, as it's easy to 'clear' the plot (you dont need much knowhow, just energy), but next year we'll have things growing, and will need everyones advice more than we do now!

Anyways, its been a grand and very much fun month as MOM, I shall miss not having the banner and going back to being a normal grape (but dont worry cos I will still be around and posting just as much.... was that a collective 'Oh No' I heard then?), but I will look forwards to seeing who is the next MOM!

well done Mrs D

I am a bit slow and wondered what MOM meant, then looked at your name and spotted the words in large capital letters - MEMBER OF THE MONTH.

I am sure I should have been born with Blonde hair!!

By choice this time Mrs D, I find a No1 far easier to maintain than the waist long barnet of my youth ( and I don't have to p**S around washing it every morning )
