  • 3,2,1 you're under!

I posted about this ages ago but have finally got round to sorting it.
Am going for hypnosis later today to a) help cure a phobia and b) help with mad food cravings not helping me to lower my bmi (for medical treatment in may)

    Wish me luck!

oh thinks it's hilarious and keeps remiding me of the Little Britain hypnotist sketches.....

Have faith in yourself & have faith in the hypnosis & it truly can help.I was cynical about it at the time, but a friend had hypnotherapy to stop smoking,he not had a ciggy in nearly 18 years

I've had hypnotherapy janeyo, to get over a terrible fear of the dentist (I'd cry and shake in the waiting room). I am completely fine now. I cannot recommend it highly enough...though (I suppose) it does depend on the practitioner and how much you want it to work. I wish you every success xx

Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, the eyes, the eyes, not around the eyes, don't look around my eyes, look into my eyes, you're under.

If only everything in life was as simple as Kenny Craig would have you believe hypnotism is.

I've not tried it, but would give most things a go.
I'm only here cos I got on the wrong bus.

That's the difference between hypnosis and hypnotherapy Mikey . I've had both...hypnosis is very 'surface', but hypnotherapy can be very 'deep'. I faced some demons I didn't know I was carrying around with me. If you're prepared to go there, it can work wonders

well I haven't had any chocolate yet, and been walking round yawning my head off since I got home! OH says I am being weird - no change there then hahaha

I also have loads of water at tea as the thought of my normal caffeine free diet cola made me feel sick!

Just accidentally looked at a picture of a spider and it made me jump, but not like it did before - so all positive at the moment!

Flum - I am back in the room!

Another fan here, hypnotherapy helped me cope with something that was becoming a big problem for me. I would cry at anything and everything, then I'd get tense because I was crying and cry even more and my daughter's wedding was looming. It didn't stop me crying completely, but it did stop me getting so worked up about it and I managed the wedding easily with just the acceptable mother of the bride tears!

As a bonus it sorted my insomnia! The sessions were taped, I could only listen to the first couple of minutes before falling asleep. From the session tapes I moved onto other talking books and it still works like a dream for me when I need it!
Life is too short for drama & petty things!
So laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly!
