I can picture a lady with a black beret (berrie) on her head with a black eye patch and a split up the side of her skirt that's got to be "Black eyed Suzie" a sexy French Lady so the man has got to be Mr Onion man.
Sorry its all this football on telly mushing me brain up, you can only spend so much time hiding in the greenhouse.
I shall just go quietly back to the greenhouse now

And I was SO looking forward to Lotty's (Sarah, Mark & Codie's) suggestions, but having recently joined, and she won't mind me telling you (much) that she's been a bit of a dozy moo and forgotten her password, and having got it wrong all of five times, has now had to re-apply for another one, and at our house this evening, reports to us that she's been 'having difficulty' in sorting it out.... Allegedly.

Ooh, I do hope not

You know, when I first thought about actually NAMING two life-size flowerpot people, apart from thinking "Is it me?" in a 'should I get out more?' kind of way, I never imagined that someone would come up with such a very clever, and imaginatively thought-out name for them, which was really great. It had a lovely 'ring' to it: Fert'n'Liza (Flobalob), and the undercurrent of wit actually blew me away.

So Bubblewrap spoilt me, and set the stakes really high by naming them so superbly.

I'm thinking that you lot are dead cute and keeping your best suggestions for last, no?!

I'm sorry wellie, but I'm feeling slight patronised now as though I should be trying harder. You're not a teacher are you?

I promise you at least I was trying it might not be good enough but I was trying.

What about Sunshine and Showers? Gardeners friends aren't they?

Or their close cousins - Funshine & Flowers.

Oh no.... not patronising! You're coming up with brilliant suggestions, it's just that I'd like the names to sound 'good' with their surname (Flobalob) if you get my drift...... It's only a bit of fun, and you're names are really making me smile.

On a progress report, one of the new Flobalobs has had his leg and arm-pots washed at the weekend, and is now ready to be haphazzardly put together!

Liza had a new summer dress put on yesterday, and has been to the hairdressers, looking very Marge Simpson-ish.... and Fert has coincidentally had the same hairdoo, and is due for his new summer shirt in the next few days.....

So BIG HUGS for your funny suggestions, keep them coming, and I can't wait to be announcing the winning names.
