Default Muddy t-shirt, send help!

I am ironing a muddy t-shirt - one that I use for gardening, it has been washed you understand ... but ...well ...send help

it's only acceptable if you need it to dry really really quickly.. is generally the reason i ever get the iron out

In my book....if anything ever needs ironing once its washed, then it doesnt EVER get worn again!

Just thought I should add...I do own an ironiong board - one we inherited when we moved in. Its a brilliant potting table!!!

..... I have now finished all the ironing and it looks lovely in neatly folded piles, I am now going to make Snowdrop some supper whilst he finishes cutting the grass ...... I am a DG am I not

You a DG the next thing you will be telling us is that you iron snowdrops boxers. I agree with scarey55 just step away from the iron help is on its way. You have probably been out in the sun too much.

I am only a fella but why iron a muddy teashirt surely some thing wrong with washer or washer operator time to chuck it away teashirt or the washing machine can you not buy a new teashirt cheaper than washing old one's jacob

I hate ironing clothes. I LOVE pressing quilting fabric. Don't know why. I don't get it either!

I've spent most of the day ironing. While Steve was away the house got left to go to ruin as I was a complete basket case, now he's home we are getting things sorted before we both go back to work.
I must be a bit abnormal cos I quite like ironing, find it relaxing, put a DVD in and away I go...
