Memory from the musical Cats is one of my favourite songs, gives me a lump in the throat every time.

Our choral society sang 'Memory' at one of our concerts last year.

(oh - and I don't like cats!)

I can hear the ultra-sonic cat-repeller in the garden. It's a horrible noise.

When I used to smoke as a teenager I had a gun lighter, you know the ones that "click" and light - looks like a gun. Well, I had a stinking cold and I was trying to fill up my lighter with gas when it "clicked". This happened at the exact same time as my brother sniffing thus stripping his nostrils of any hair whatsoever.

He had a runny nose for weeks after that.
Why was your brother sniffing your gun?

My brother still has a perfect impression of my teeth on his shoulder from where I bit him for not drying the dishes properly. I'm really not a control freak, honestly...

My brother once put a nail file on the sofa just as I sat down, it stuck in my bottom. He thought it was hilarious

I was drying my hair in the bathroom and i felt a tickle on my shoulder, looked in the mirror and saw a MONSTER spider on my shoulder. I flailed around for and half a minute, flapping wildly and trying to jump on the loo seat so it didn't crawl back up my leg. When that failed i ran out of the bathroom screaming for help.

Later that night it was found hiding next to the bath.. THIS is the monster that was on me *cryyyyy* (bear in mind that this was a HUGE mug!)

*shudder*
