I've only just got this thread as my computer's broken, and I'm borrowing this for today, so I will have to try to get on again after I can see if I can make it, but would love to come

TOH just squawked at me...... can those who are comming just confirm their attendance either on this thread or by PM as he is having a panic attack about endless hordes across the entire three day weekend!

As I understand what we have already said we are looking at the Monday, May Day, 5th May. Time to be determined, venue here in Coulsdon. Rather than publish my address I will PM those who are comming.

Time - How does 12noon to around 6pm sound (most of us need to be able to wake up for work on Tuesday )

Food - I will fire up the barbeque. Other than that - Pot Luck?
