    Help

Paths between raised beds - 20mm Gravel, bark chippings or what - I want to get rid of the grass for ease of maintenance but fear the dreaded cat pooh.

    Any experience -

    Don't really understand the question?
Do you want something to put on paths that cats dislike and won't use as a toilet?
Or something that cat's like but you can clean up easily?

Just an opinion is all I am after - Cats will pooh on Gravel even 20mm but you can see it - do they like Bark Chippings.

I want to try bark chipping but if cats really love it I would probably give it a miss.

Depends on the cat, ours won't but I think some will.

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

Use broken slabs or old bricks then, to make paving. Your local council may be a good source of broken slabs, or companies that re-do driveways often have to remove old paving first and are glad to get rid of it.

            Endless wonder.

My own cats do like bark chippings for doing their business. The thing they do avoid is grass but that is what you want to get rid of though.
