    looking for some nice garden labels for kids

    Anyone know of any nice garden labels that would be good for 2 year olds?

    I'm wanting them big and bright, I know I could make my own but I want them to last and stand out.

    any ideas?

        I made these, but kids could easily have a go too:



        Edit: I think the spoons were 40p-ish from one of my most referenced stores

              Those are brilliant Bohobumble, I think they would be so much better and the kids can identify what is there. Yep I think I will give them a go. thanks

                I used sharpies but paint would work just as well, would need to be protected by varnish tho!

                I think I might make some of the stone ones next with the varieties marked on them, combined with the spoons as a 'family' marker.

                By the way, I don't have kids, they're for meee! I am trying to relax the regimentation a little on our site

                  I've been experimenting with painted stones for a few years, & found the best way is blackboard paint, and chinagraph pencil*, no varnish

                    I've used a Chalk Board pen to write on stone before. Works really well you can even draw a little picture on them too.

                      we use a paper laminator , kids make their own designs on paper then its laminated leaving 10mm gap around the edge and then cut out .
