    To kick things off, here is my carrot bed as of yesterday, 3rd August. My first sowing did absolutely nothing, what you see here is the result of my second sowing at the beginning of June. 6 plants from 6 rows:



    Of course it's still possible I could get a really big carrot...

      Thought I would chuck my entry in, these are my poor Garlics that tried and then decided to try no more ...I've placed a £1 coin in the image to show the epic fail !

          First ever cauliflower growing attempt. Not exactly a success was it?

          When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
          If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.
