Is it in a greenhouse or outside? Shape of the flowers looks like campanula, but the leaves don't seem to match. Give us a clue.

I thought that it looked like rhodedendren (sp?) or azealea (sp? again!) - but I've never seen a blue one....

Looks a bit like phycelia (spelling?) grown around here sometimes as game cover. Can't see enough of the leaves though - which is part of the game eh?

Looks like the green manure thing of Californian origin, snake something or other, phacelia tanacetifolia. Had some once - was supposed to be PSB but grew up illeagle.

Very close Sarzwix it is Echium Pininana grown in my garden in sunny Dorset.
