I would like to know if all this exhibition produce is actualy edible? I would imagine a giant carrot is not so tasty as a normal one.

You imagine wrong Bill. Exhibition veg are grown with the best of nutrients and may even be tastier than veg grown just for the kitchen -
Hi bill, as AB says its not the case with all exhibition veg, however as with most things that are grown, the longer you leave it the more woody and less sweet they are. What veg are you thinking of?Comment
