Brilliant SMS6. Offcourse you can't eat it straight away - you have to gaze at it for a while, take its photograph, post it on the internet.
Thank you for confirming I'm not alone in my madness.
Enjoy that cauliflower when you come to eat it.
Mine haven't made any curds yet - but I was quite late in planting.
When they come to their full glory, will I put their pics on the internet ? well will I ?????

Thanks everyone, forgot to report back - it tasted wondeful and now we've moved on to it's brother or sister (as I'm not sure how to sex a cauli)

The second one went down nicely with a Jamie Oliver Steak & Guiness pie and just a few of the first new potatoes of the season, which I found by firtling in the potato sacks.
