Default Beetroot

... have only ever bought these cooked and pickled. I'm going to try roasting these later.

I think Beetroot is underestimated.I put it up there with parsnips!

They're so perfect and shiny!! I've have bad luck with beets. You must be doing something right. Keep up the good work!
