apple tree and gooseberry bush

Hi my apple tree leaves are all curling and the apples have holes in them can anybody help me with this problem please. Also my gooseberry bush has been stripped. I saw a posting to someone else suggesting sawfly can anyone tell me what to spray it with, thanks.
