| I wish this was mine!! This was shown at the Malvern Autumn show last Sunday, weighing in at 1341.67 lbs = 609.85kg stood some 4' high and 5' long. Grown in Dorset and setting a new European record.http://www.growfruitandveg.co.uk/gra...1&d=1222889035 Last edited by digthatchick; 01-10-2008 at 09:24 PM. Reason: pic |

| That is a superb achievement and only 300lb short of the world record. Check out bigpumpkins.com for more info on this grower (Dorset Farmers) and other Uk attempts. The dedication and resouces it takes to make a weight of that magnitude is staggering. Look out for more shows and potential record breakers in the coming weeks... (not from me mind! )
