| Yes courgettes are a superb veg. I have grown them for many years, and have a few tips. 1) Try the yellow ones they seem a bit less watery. 2) Always cut small, once they get bigger plant stops make more. 3) Watch for ones that look small but don't get bigger, cut them off as plant has sort of given up on them. 4) Cut off any obviously dead leaves. 5) When young put small canes between leaves to help with wind rock. I have also tried others such as UFO courgettes etc. Any one tried the climbing one, black hawk or something like that? Jim |
