  • Winter Hanging Baskets?

Does anyone have any advice (for a notive flower grower!) on winter hanging baskets? Would love some for this year but not sure exactly what to grow/when/what's hardy enough for Scotland? And also not sure whether or not I should be growing from seed or if I'm able to get plants as the garden centres seem pretty quiet!
I basically just want something with a lot of colour (I'm due a baby next month therefore expecting visitors in the upcoming months so would like the place to look as nice as possible :P).

Try pansies, you will be able to buy them at most garden centers especially in the Clyde valley, plant close together and keep dead heading, and that should last you through till spring
it may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Member of the Nutters Club but I think I am just there to make up the numbers
