Hard to tell from a pic but the second looks like a love-in-a-mist seed pod and the third could be goats' rue?Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

I have a better pic of the seed pod. The seeds are about 2mm in diameter, dark grey and are disc shaped.

No 3 looks like a vetch of some sort (like a wild pea)

Spot on! I'll go and throw the seeds from no.1 away now
I was trying to propagate them 
I'm not too sure about the leaves from 2, I'll try and get any seeds from it and see.
As for 4, I believe it is the above, the leaves are the right shape. It's also everywhere. Not quite as bad as the couch grass though.
3 does look similiar to a vetch, so I won't bother to protect it when I nuke the back garden with glyphosate!
