What sunflower variety?

Hi grapes, i am thinking of a sunflower variety that is not a 4m plus giant or a one less than 1m. I am looking for a variety that is not red but yellow or even white, you know the good traditional ones where you can eat the seeds afterwords.
Any advice would help.

Dont judge a plant by it's pot.

You can eat the seeds of any colour.

You could try Italian White (which is more of a pale lemon yellow): Thompson & Morgan Helianthus annuus Italian White (Sunflower) Seeds [THOMP01406301] | Capital Gardens
