  • Wallflowers

For years I have always followed the elderly gent who lives opposite and put my wallflowers in as soon as he had planted his. This year, he didn't do any, so I have a line of them on my veg. patch. Could I still put them out in the next 2 months or so and get flowers? I'd be devastated if I had to throw them out, and they are in the way for what I need to plant. (I only have a tiny veg patch.)

I think you could get away with transplanting wallflowers at any time as long as you take a bit of soil with each and preferrably, considering they are brassica's, put a dusting of garden lime in the planting hole!
