  • venus fly trap

I found a venus fly trap in a broken pot in a parking lot yesterday morning. It must have been out in the cold for at least one night. Anything I can do to "revive" it? It's looking pretty worse for wear, but I'm hoping it'll manage to pull through anyway.

Not much you can do now as they are relatively dormant through winter. Repot it in spring in peat/silica sand mixture.

I found this article (How hardy are venus fly-traps? - Yahoo! Answers) a year ago to be quite informative.

I leave mine in a cold conservatory through winter and they survive.
