Default trailing lofos

I ordered some trailing lofos plug plants (look a bit like petunias) & potted them up a while ago. They are supposed to trail about 10ft. Mine are about 5-6ft at the mo but show no sign of flowering. Is this normal?

You're doing better than I did last year - my lofos plugs remained stumpy little things with no flowers at all! They didn't die, they just seemed to be happy remaining plug-size. What a let down!
