  • spring bulbs

I have recently dug up hundreds of spring bulbs to make a veggie patch, not sure wether to plant them back in the ground now or dry them and plant in the autumn any ideas?

They need their leaves to photosynthesise after they have flowered (to feed the bulb to provide flowers for next year). If you dry them off, you'll kill them.

Replant, water and feed them, and they might recover.

I would replant into pots with labels so when you decide where you want to replant ,you will know which pots to plant where.

Or for now just pot up into nice containers and next year you will have a wonderful show of spring bulbs.
