I recieved a free packet of T&M preennial flower seed mixture when I bought another two packets of seed.

I diligebntly sowed them in a seed tray without covering the seed as directed.

This is what I've got :-

Growing Instructions :- Transplant seedlings, when large enough to handle into 3 inch pots!
There must be 1000 seedlings there and the seed packet has over 50 perennnial flower varieties in it.

Anyone recognise anything there? I've got the list and will check it off and pot it up if you give me directions!

I've found before with these mixes that if you only grow on the what look to be strongest plants you miss out all the rare good perennials.
I grew this mix last year and the only one I could identify was the Verbascum, purely because of its silvery leaves.

Only thing I can suggest Snadge is to get some modules & put the same looking ones into rows.

                    .............we also like flowers

The leaf with the scalloped edge, to the right of the big leaves at the top, looks like a poppy.

Thanks VC but there aint no poppies (Papaver) in the mix. I could give you the full list but I'll be here all night!

Some of the ones I should be able to guess are :-

Achilia,Allium,Aquilegia,Dianthus,Euphorbi, Lupin and Verbascum by there leaf shape/colour

. The other 43 I can't ecen pronounce never mind identify!

I think there are a few Foxgloves in there and perhaps Persamon.
