| you can sunbeam. What you can do is either peg it down (like strawberry runners in a pot of compost) & let it root (takes about 12 months ish) or Cut off a length of stem that is just starting to go woody & cut 1/2" either side of a leaf joint( you finger is about the right size!) & then put these into seed trays or pots level with the leaf buds, cover them over witha plastic bag & pop them into the coldframe They will root over winter & then in the spring when you see them starting to shoot again pot them up into seperate pots & gro them one.
